Illustrated with sepia-tone photographs printed on coated stock inserts. Hardcover. Very light edgewear, flecking to top edge coloring, else a quite nice very good plus copy, lacking the dust jacket. Marie Correll has signed her name and address to the front pastedown. 
This copy of the silent star's memoirs SIGNED by Hart, and inscribed "To my dear friends Charlie & Marie / from Bill Hart / 1930 / Hello Andy!" Charlie was Charlie Correll, Andy of radio's legendary AMOS 'N' ANDY, Marie his wife.

Original sound track for Wayne's directorial debut features "The Ballad of the Alamo" performed by Marty Robbins, and "The Green Leaves of Summer" with vocals by The Brothers Four, along with a number of Wayne's speeches from the film.

Clark's first published novel adapted to the 1943 Academy Award nominated film directed by William A. Wellman and starring Henry Fonda and Harry Morgan. Two drifters are drawn into a lynch mob to find and hang three men presumed to be rustlers and the killers of a local man. A western classic!
