An unnumbered Publisher's Presentation copy [colophon], SIGNED card laid in. Slight fading to the spine of the portfolio, else near fine in gilt illustrated green stiff wraps, with brown ribbon ties; publisher's slipcase, bearing a printed cover title label, displays some mild wear, soiling, uniform fading, and minor stains. 
Inscribed & SIGNED to the dedication page by artist Milton C. Weiler. The portfolio contains 24 loose color plates of classic decoys, each limited to 1000 copies and finely printed on heavy watercolor stock, accompanied by a descriptive text by Ed Zern.
