New York: Random House, (1951). First edition, first printing. Warmly inscribed to editor Saxe [Cummins], and SIGNED by Ullman to the front free endpaper. Hardcover. Tiny bump to upper edge of rear cover, else near fine; in a photo-pictorial dust jacket with a half-inch chip to upper front panel, small nicks to spine ends, creases and a few closed edge tears. Jacket photograph of a horrified woman by Victor Keppler. 
Suspense thriller based upon a screenplay by radio writer Lucille Fletcher and turned into a novel by Allan Ullman, the same team that created SORRY, WRONG NUMBER. The script remained unproduced until a 1992 TV production starring Joanna Kerns.

Illustrated with color cover photo and interior black-and-white stills and onset shots from the film. 
Dutch translation of Freeling's creepy thriller to correspond with the very highly regarded big screen adaption directed by notable Dutch director Fons Rademakers. The film starred, among others, Sylvia Kristel, who played EMMANUELLE.

Novelization of the Italian-made costume epic snatched up by Joseph E. Levine, dubbed, Americanized and aimed directly at an audience of pre-pubescent boys. Bodybuilder turned actor Steve Reeves wields a pair of wicked looking scimitars in the cover art.
