New York: The Outlook Company, 1911. Second printing. Hardcover. Fine, bright copy in maroon cloth with gilt cover and spine titles and rules, top edge gilt; in the original brown paper dust jacket with the titles in red. Dust jacket is very good with chipping to the crown of the spine and upper front panel. 
First published in 1910, this was Theodore Roosevelt's Progressive political philosophy during the 1912 election. The central issue he argued was human welfare versus property rights. Scarce in the original dust jacket.
