Pages uniformly tanned, as expected, bumping to corner tips, thus very good, in yellow composition binding with black lettering and devices; very good dust jacket: shallow nicking, light wear, a few tiny chips, edge tears, pale dampstains, mild creasing.
First and only mystery by the free-lance journalist, who here draws his characters and action from the little-known newspaper department known as circulation--in which Sted accumlated some work experience "at odd moments in a crowded life."
