Burt Company, Publishers, (1923). B000ATV3YS Photoplay edition. Hardcover. Very good minus with spine heavily faded, mild spine slant, front flap excised from jacket and glued to pastedown; lacking dust jacket. Coated stock insert frontispiece and three additional stills reproduced on inserted plates. 
May McAvoy and Lloyd Hughes starred in the 1923 silent film directed by John Griffith Wray based upon Mundy's "gripping love story."

The parenthetical (1) appears on the final page of text. Hardcover. Mild tanning to the spine, some age-toning to the cloth and text, top page edges foxed, else very good in teal cloth decorated in gilt; lacking the dust jacket. 
This copy is from the library of Academy Award winning film director John Ford with signature in faint red pencil to the front endpaper. The signature appears to be in another hand. Provenance: Purchased from Dan Ford, the grandson of John Ford.

Grant. Hardcover. Fine; in a fine dust jacket with wraparound color painting by Ned Dameron depicting an older Mundy, outfitted like one of his adventurers, gazing over an oriental landscape. Illustrated with b&w photos and cover art repros. 
Bio-bibliography of the adventure scribe features a memoir by Mundy's widow, a study of his early life by Peter Ellis, appreciations by Fritz Leiber and Darrel Crombie, and an illustrated bibliography of his book and magazine appearances.
