New York: Alfred A Knopf, 1956. First U.S. edition, first printing. Hardcover. A near fine copy in pale green boards, showing a bit of wear at the spine head; in a printed dust jacket with darkening to the spine, sticker removal scar to front panel, age-toning to extremities, a few scattered dots of stain. 
Third collection from the New York City-born, Pulitzer prize-winning poet, the works herein written between the years 1953 and 1955. The collection first appeared in the U.K. from Rupert Hart-Davis.
