1 Marshall, Rosamond KITTY
Cleveland and New York: The World Publishing Company, (1945). B000CZ3X84 A Forum Book Motion Picture Edition: Sixth Printing; so stated on copyright page. Four coated stock stills, photo-pictorial endsheets. Hardcover. Pages tanned, wear and flecking to covers, crease to spine: very good only in blue binding with Forum Motion Picture emblem to front, titles to spine; in lightly nicked, nibbled, very good minus photopictorial dust jacket with jagged tear to spine panel.
This "photoplay" style edition of Marshall's tale of a London girl of the streets in the 18th century is distinguished by stills from the Paramount Pictures film adaptation starring Ray Milland and a stunningly beautiful Paulette Goddard.
