London: White Lion Publishers Limited, (1974). 085617338X / 9780856173387 First hardcover edition, first printing. Hardcover. Fine, in red boards with gilt spine stamping; in an about near fine illustrated dust jacket that is age-toned and lightly rubbed all around, shows a minor scratch to front panel, a few very short closed edge tears, a tiny inked price to upper front flap. 
Originally published in paperback in 1959, this is a story in the spirit of Theodore Sturgeon's MORE THAN HUMAN by one of sf's grand old men. Four psychic children from another world and another time were utterly invincible. How were they to be stopped?

Based on Leinster's classic 1920 short story "The Mad Planet," this is the adventure of a primitive band of humans on a planet where evolution has gone mad.
