2 Munn, H. Warner THE WEREWOLF OF PONKERT
New York: Centaur Books, Inc., (1976). First paperback edition. A whisper of rubbing and a hint of wear to the extremities, else a fine, unread copy; in decorated wraps. Part of Centaur's ''Time-Lost'' series. Inscribed and SIGNED by Munn, in part thus, ''Haunted Witchwood is Dangerous!''
Inspired by Lovecraft, who reportedly asked why no one had written a werewolf yarn told from the lycanthrope's perspective. Munn obliged in a 1928 issue of WEIRD TALES magazine; with "The Werewolf's Daughter," which also debuted in a 1928 WEIRD TALES.
