New York: Longmans, Green and Co., 1895. Early reprint of the first U.S. hardcover edition. 300 pages, plus ten pages of ads. Hardcover. In a contemporary binding of half red cloth over marbled boards, with gilt spine lettering; a dandy, very nearly fine copy, with mild wear to the edges.
"Being an account of the fall and vengeance of Harmachis, the Royal Egyptian, as set forth by his own hand." Illustrated by various hands. CLEOPATRA first appeared in the U.S. in a wrappered edition, number 315 in Munro's Seaside Library in June, 1889.
