New introduction by Gibson for this edition. Frontispiece art echoes the jacket. 
First collection of stories about the pulp crimefighter/conjuror, a later creation by Shadow progenitor Gibson/Grant; Norgil's dual career in prestidigitation and ratiocination was launched in Street & Smith's CRIME BUSTERS magazine.
