Scarce first and only separate edition of a play which first appeared in SEVEN ARTS MAGAZINE in February, 1917, and was reprinted in MORE ONE ACT PLAYS BY MODERN AUTHORS in 1927.

New York: Henry Holt and Company, 1915. First U.S. edition, second issue: stated "Third edition." A touch of speckling to the lower shelf edge of the covers, else fine in gilt-stamped blue cloth; in the original, very good plus printed dust jacket with minor chipping to the spine ends and corner tips, and a few drops of stain to the rear panel. 
The "Second edition" of Frost's second collection of poems is actually the first edition printed in the U.S. The "Second" and "Third" editions contain an additional poem "Good Hours" (p. 137), not included in the first edition. Crane A3.2. Scarce!

Crane B18. Fresh, fine, as-new; in pale orange heavy-wove paper wrappers, top and fore-edge trimmed, lower edge untrimmed, stitched at the center fold with yellow cord terminating in a tassle. Mild fraying at the tassle ends. 
Cover reads: "Season's Greetings from Earle J. Bernheimer/Christmas 1948." Letter from Frost to Bernheimer printed on page 2, the poem itself printed from Frost's manuscript on page 3, page 4 blank. The poem "has never been reprinted or collected."

Though superceded by the 1974 Crane Descriptive Catalogue, this lovely volume is a model of grace and clarity, combining readable, well-designed typography with annotations notable not only for their usefulness but their understated elegance. A rarity.
