Inscribed, SIGNED, and dated (1948) on the front endpaper by the author and, then, Vice President of NBC. Hardcover. Upper and lower spine ends worn, frayed, and rubbed, covers display some fading and soiling, gold spine lettering tarnished, light age-toning to the cover fore-edges, else a very good copy in blue cloth with gilt titles on a red panel; no dust jacket. 
A volume in the NBC-Columbia University Broadcasting Series. An early attempt to address the production problems of this new and growing medium. 179 pages with a glossary of television terms and an index. Illustrated with vintage photos of set designs.
