Mexico, D.F: (Propiedad de la Sociedad Mexicana de Cardiologia, 1946. First edition: One of thirty Roman numerated Contributor Copies; this being copy XXIII. Faint staining along the top edges of front and rear endpapers, not affecting interior pages, tape marks on front pastedown, cloth backed boards have some edge wear and barely noticable stains at the top edges.
Quarto. Warren Meek contributed the vignettes and embellished the capitol letters for this work; and this copy has been inscribed in ink, "Property of Warren Meek, Mexico City, 1946." Numerous tipped-in plates adorn this handsome tribute.
