Splendid deco-styled jacket art. Hardcover. Nearly fine, with some mild foxing to the endsheets, a hint of wear; in green cloth with gilt stamping to spine, blind-stamping to front; in a very good plus dust jacket, with light wear, short tears, minor nicking, and one 1.5 x .5 inch to upper front. 
Hollywood satire centers on the titular young girl, a Galatea to a journalistic Pygmalion who finds her sleeping in Central Park and launches her into sophisticated society, the New York theatre, and Hollywood stardom. In Slide.

Short story issued by Necronomicon as part of a series of chapbook originals reprinting obscure tales regarded by Lovecraft as his favourites. Chambers incorporated the story in the first five chapters of his episodic novel, IN SEARCH OF THE UNKNOWN.
