Notes, bibliography, index.
Unusually rewarding collection of essays on children's literature (including pieces on time fantasy, on style, on writers Wanda Gag, Eleanor Farjeon, and Rumer Godden), by the much beloved author of THE WONDERFUL FLIGHT TO THE MUSHROOM PLANET.
