Fine press reissue of a scarce 1858 publication, a compendium of text and illustrations originally seen in James Mason Hutchings' HUTCHING'S ILLUSTRATED CALIFORNIA MAGAZINE. Featured are engravings from the work of early California artist Charles Nahl.
