Introduction by Ray Bradbury, who has SIGNED this copy. Trade Paperback. Fine, in lightly rubbed, perfect-bound photo-pictorial wraps. Illustrated with photographs and costume sketches. 80 pages. 
Memoir-ette by the one and only Elsa, followed by the lyrics of the comic character songs written by Brown for her to perform at Hollywood's Turnabout Theater in the 1940's. "A fey, off-beat collection of songs both sprightly and shivery."--Time.

New York: The Macmillan Company, 1936. B00086169A First edition, first printing. Hardcover. Very mild spine roll, faint offsetting to rear pastedown, thus very close to fine, in pale terra-cotta cloth with black lettering; in a worn, rubbed, price-clipped very good minus dust jacket, with nicking to the ends of the spine panel, minor creasing. 
Brown chronicles his fascinating adventures on the road touring with his college roommate and a troupe of puppets, a nucleus which later became the Yale Puppeteers. Inscribed and SIGNED by author Brown, partners Harry Burnett and Richard Brandon.
