Broocks, Schuyler MURDER MAKES A MARRIAGE
New York: Mystery House, 1946. First edition. Hardcover. Very good: some abrasion to upper edges of covers, a light scratch, a patch of pale stain to front cover; in a rubbed, nicked, and edgeworn dust jacket that shows some fading to spine panel and that has been reinforced with packing tape to inner edges.
The publisher's blurb announces, "This timely post-war puzzle marks Schuyler Broocks as a new name to reckoned with in mystery fiction," but, according to Hubin, this is not just Broocks' first but his only mystery. Scarce.
